Message Module
The
GovQA Message Module
permits governments to arrange functionality
to capture and track citizen dialogue
around non-service or non-information
items. Such applications could be
to offer citizens a vehicle to supply
feedback or input, or to capture
citizen complaints.
This functionality is particularly
useful when GovQA is deployed as
an internal system for administrators.
With GovQA's messaging modules,
staff can aggregate comments and
suggestions on particular operational
areas.
This free-form functionality for
citizens and staff, which GovQA
formally tracks and manages formally,
rounds out GovQA's total Inbound
Request Management capability.
